A professionally trained chef and fishmonger with more than 30 years in the fresh seafood industry, Adam's career began shortly after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, when he was given the opportunity to lead a seafood company at an age when most professionals were still finding their footing. That early responsibility laid the foundation for a career built on entrepreneurship, leadership, and a relentless focus on quality.
Over the course of his career, Adam has served as CEO of multiple seven-figure companies, guiding each through periods of sustained growth and watching them flourish under his leadership. His experience spans sourcing, purchasing, merchandising, and selling premium products while building successful businesses from the ground up. His chef's understanding of food quality, combined with a fishmonger's instinct for product selection and market trends, gives him a practical and customer-focused perspective that few business leaders possess.

Adam believes that successful marketing begins with understanding the business behind the brand.
